DREAM provides a variety of prevention services including training prevention professionals on alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention (ATOD) topics; preparing professionals for prevention certification; coordinating the statewide National Red Ribbon Campaign; and managing substance abuse prevention data collection efforts on behalf of the Mississippi Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Abuse funded programs.
