DREAM provides technical assistance and training to the Strategic Prevention Framework Statewide Incentive Grant (SPF SIG) sub-grantees funded by the Mississippi Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Services (BADS). The Central Mississippi Trainer provides sub-grantees guidance on program implementation, best practices and other areas to strengthen their capacity to prevent and reduce underage drinking.
