DREAM coordinates a coalition of community-based organizations that work to reduce disease, disability and death associated with tobacco utilization and exposure. The primary goals of the coalition are to:

• Prevent tobacco use and initiation among youth
• Advance statewide cessation services
• Minimize exposure to second-hand smoke
• Eliminate tobacco-related disparities
