Our Partnerships
Our approach to project development is based on the premise that no one organization can solve the complexity of health-related problems facing our communities today. After assessing community needs, we have learned how to establish effective partnerships with state and local agencies, schools, community- and faith-based organizations, and local businesses to maximize efforts and not duplicate services so that we can achieve our common goals. |
