The Hinds County Senior Transition Program (HCSTP) was designed by DREAM® in accordance with the Workforce Investment Act to meet the needs of graduating high school seniors as they approach the next major step of their lives. Candidates completing the program leave school with skills and options to pursue whether they choose the workforce, college, technical training, or the military. In addition they are awarded with a certificate and letter of recommendation -- plus $250 as an award.
